Findings of the Off-Site Reaffirmation Committee

A review of the credentials, organizational chart, and position descriptions for the leadership team of the Office of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management confirms that UNO provides a highly qualified staff at the director level and above who possess appropriate levels of experience and education to perform their duties and carry out the mission of the institution. A summary of staff professional development activities gave clear evidence that the institution supports on-going professional development by providing opportunities to participate in professional organizations, conferences and workshops at the local, state and national levels.

The documentation provided addressed only the credentials of the director level and above and did not include a staff roster to indicate how many staff deliver and support the programs and services of the Office of Student Affairs and Enrollment Services.
